Community Marquees & Gazebos

These are available to all Kingston based Community Groups to support their various events benefitting our village or nominated charities.

 

Hire is free of charge, although hirers may at some point be asked to contribute to repair/replacement costs.

 

The Hirer will be responsible for collection and return of the equipment and ensuring that all items of equipment are returned and packaged correctly as per the instructions.

 

Items available:

1 x Marquee/Party Tent 3 metres x 9 metres (2015)

1 x Marquee/Party Tent 3 metres x 9 metres (2014)

1 x Marquee/Party Tent 3 metres x 9 metres (usuable)

2 x Pop-Up Gazebo's 3 metres x 3 metres (Lightweight - NOT waterproof)

2 x Pop-Up Gazebo's 3 metres x 3 metres (HD professional - waterproof)

 

Points to note:

  • The Marquee/Party Tents are designed for occasional use. Owing to the lightweight nature of the components extreme care with erection and dismantling is required.
  • The Marquee/Party Tents require a minimum of 4 people (preferably 8 people) to erect.
  • The erection and dismantling instructions should be followed precisely, to avoid risk of damage to the component parts.
